New projects

I actually started working on Annie Modesitt's Backyard Leaves scarf (from Scarf Style) over a month ago, but haven't mentioned it yet -- mostly because it is slow going and doesn't look like much now. I tried to dry block it a bit for a picture. You can see the leaves!
I am enjoying this project, but have not been faithful enough to it to finish it for this winter. It's the type of pattern that requires all of my attention so it's hard to get a chance to work on it uninterrupted.

I've also cast on for some "Go with the Flow" socks from Interweave Knits' Favorite Socks (a birthday present). I'm using Ancient Threads sock yarn I got at Rhinebeck last October. I love love love the color.

My boy is feeling much better this week and even let me put on his new orange raglan yesterday, though he wasn't too thrilled to have his picture taken.

Owen is getting so big! Looks more and more like your husband with each photo. :)

Great photos of Owen sporting his new sweater! I love the colors you have chosen for all three projects. The addition of the kangaroo pocket is really fun!

LOVE the hair in the last pic. Totally radical, man =)

Love the color of that sock yarn. I'd totally steal it from you if I could ;)

I cannot believe how BIG he is! Crazy. He looks so cute in that sweater, a little man.
